Time kills deals

Every hand-off is a chance for the deal to cool.

Deals rarely die over the big terms. They die in the weeks between agreeing and signing, while drafts wait in inboxes and versions get compared by hand. PACT takes the hand-offs out, so the energy you built at the LOI carries all the way to signatures.

The old way

  1. Retype the LOI into a lease
  2. Email the draft
  3. Wait for their redline
  4. Compare versions
  5. Email it back
  6. Convert to PDF
  7. Chase signatures

Every hand-off is a day the deal can cool.

On PACT

  1. Lease draft from the LOI
  2. Both sides redline one lease
  3. Sign in order

One place, no hand-offs, and you always know whose move it is.

Day one

From agreed terms to a lease draft, the same day.

On the landlord's side, drop in the agreed LOI and PACT drafts the lease from it in minutes. On the tenant's side, the landlord's draft arrives in PACT and your client's redlines start the same day. Either way, nobody waits a week for paper.

Every round

Everyone in one document. Nobody pays to join.

Bring in your client, the other broker and their attorney. Every change carries a name, every round you send has a summary, and the other side reviews, redlines and signs for free.

Questions

Does my client need to pay?

No. Your client, the other broker and any attorney you invite join free. Plans are for the person who drafts and sends.

Is PACT for tenant-rep or listing brokers?

Both. Each side of a deal has its own private workspace in the same lease.

Can I work on the landlord's own lease form?

Yes. If the landlord leases on its own paper, PACT can set it up, and you negotiate it exactly like the PACT Standard.
