First draft ready · every term from the LOI

What just happened, in three steps.

  1. 1It reads any LOI

A PDF or Word file, on any broker's letterhead. PACT finds the premises, term, rent, increases, concessions and the rest.

  2. 2Every term lands in its field

Each agreed term goes into the matching field of the lease, so the clauses that depend on it read correctly from the first draft.

  3. 3Nothing is quietly dropped

A term the lease doesn't already cover is kept as a special provision for you to decide on. You review every word before anything is sent.

Building a lease from an LOI is available on the landlord’s side of a deal.

Change one term. The whole lease follows. In a Word lease, changing the term means hunting down every date and recalculating every rent step by hand. In PACT they follow on their own.

How it works

Questions

What kind of LOI can I drop in?

A PDF or Word letter of intent, on any letterhead. PACT reads its terms and fills the lease.

What if the LOI has a term the lease doesn't cover?

It is kept as a special provision in the lease so you can decide what to do with it. PACT does not drop a term it is unsure about.

Can I download the lease?

Yes, as a PDF or a Word file. Before anything leaves PACT, the file is checked against the terms in the editor, so it says what the deal says.

Does drafting count against my plan?

No. Drafting is unlimited on every plan. A contract counts once, the first time it leaves your side.
