A signed lease that can prove itself.

Every signer consents to sign electronically and signs in a set order, with the time and IP address recorded at every step. The signed lease is sealed with a Certificate of Completion and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the file, so any later change would show. Built for the federal ESIGN Act and state UETA laws.

How we handle your data.

Stored in the United States
PACT's database and file storage are in the United States.
Your documents are yours
PACT processes them on your behalf and shares them only with the people they're shared with and the providers that run PACT.
Card numbers never touch PACT
Payments are entered on Stripe's own page. PACT never sees or stores a card number.
No third-party trackers
PACT measures how it's used with its own analytics, kept in its own systems. No ad networks, and your personal information is never sold.
Signing links expire
A link to sign stops working, so an old email can't be used later.

The Privacy Policy names each service provider and exactly what it receives.

Questions

Who can see my lease?

Only the people it is shared with. Inside a deal, the other side sees only what your side sends them.

Where is my data stored?

PACT's database and file storage are in the United States. The Privacy Policy lists every service provider and what each one receives.

Does PACT use AI on my documents?

Only when you use an AI feature, such as building a lease from an LOI. The Privacy Policy explains what is sent and to whom.

Can I get a copy of everything?

You can download any of your documents, and every signed lease comes with its sealed PDF and certificate.
