The deal was done. The paperwork wasn’t.
Every broker knows the moment. The business terms are agreed, everyone’s excited, and then the deal goes quiet for weeks while the paperwork catches up.
We lived it on every lease. Drafts built in outdated software stuck on one Windows computer in the office. Redlines traded in email chains until nobody could say which version was the real one. A PDF sent out for signature, then filed somewhere no one could search. And every date and every dollar inside it typed again, by hand, into a spreadsheet or a property system.
Every step lived in a different tool, and none of them talked to each other.
Time kills deals.
Everyone in this business knows it. We watched good deals slow down for no good reason, and we decided that was no longer how leases had to work.
So we built the one place a lease should live.
PACT is where a commercial lease is drafted, negotiated, signed and kept, with both sides working in the same document. The terms inside it stay live data instead of ink on a page, so the signed lease keeps working long after the deal closes.
We didn’t build it from the outside looking in. Every part of PACT starts from a moment we lived on a real deal, and we’ve built it into a company with one purpose: making commercial leasing faster and more trustworthy for everyone at the table.
