Compare every feature

How plans are measured.

Each plan includes a number of contracts a month. A contract is one document, counted once, the first time it leaves your hands. Everything before and after is unlimited.

  1. 01Unlimited

    Draft

Every PACT form, as many drafts as you like, with your whole team, on every plan.

  2. 02Counts once

    Send it out

The first time it leaves your side: sent to the other side, sent for signature, or downloaded as a PDF or Word file.

  3. 03Free from here

    Negotiate and sign

Every round, every download, every signature after that. The other side never pays.

Allowances reset every month, on yearly plans too. Reach your limit and you can upgrade, or purchase that one contract.

Questions

What counts as a contract?

One document, counted once: the first time it leaves your side, whether you send it to the other side, send it for signature, or download it as a PDF or Word file. Drafting with your team is unlimited, and after that first time every round, download and signature on that document is free. Nothing counts twice.

Does the other side need a paid plan?

No. Anyone you invite can review, redline, comment, download and sign for free. Contracts only count against the account that owns the document, and nothing the other side does uses one.

What happens when I reach my monthly limit?

PACT stops before anything counts and gives you two choices: upgrade your plan, or purchase that one contract at your plan's per-contract price. Your drafts and deals keep working either way.

Do unused contracts roll over?

No. Your allowance resets at the start of each month. Yearly plans get the same monthly allowance, at a lower price.

How does the Team plan work?

Team includes 3 people and 20 contracts a month shared between them. Everyone keeps their own account and deals. Add people anytime for $75/mo each ($65/mo billed yearly), and each one adds 5 contracts a month to the pool.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect right away and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. Moving to a smaller plan, or removing people from a Team, takes effect at your next renewal.

What can I do on Free?

Draft on every PACT form and take part in any deal you're invited to, including signing. Sending your own documents, downloading them and inviting people to them need a paid plan. Signed copies can always be downloaded.

Can PACT set up our own lease?

Yes. Send us your documents from inside PACT and our team will set them up for you, priced per document. We'll go over the details and pricing with you before any work starts.

How do I cancel?

Anytime, from Settings → Plan & billing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for.
