Sign what you agreed. Prove it forever.

Send the finished lease for signature from the same document you negotiated. No export, no second e-signature tool, and a sealed record of exactly what was signed, by whom, and when.

What’s signed is exactly what was agreed. Signing happens on the same lease both sides negotiated, not on a PDF someone exported and re-uploaded. Before the lease is sealed, PACT checks the document against the agreed record, so a stray edit can’t ride along into the signed copy.

The old way

  1. 1.Export the final Word file
  2. 2.Convert it to PDF
  3. 3.Upload to an e-sign tool
  4. 4.Place every signature field
  5. 5.Hope it’s the right version

On PACT

  1. 1.Choose the signers and their order
  2. 2.Send

Signature and initial blocks are already in the lease.

Built on the laws that make e-signatures count.

  1. ESIGN Act

Federal law that gives electronic signatures the same force as ink.

  2. UETA

The state laws that recognize electronic records and signatures.

  3. Signer consent

Each signer agrees to sign electronically before they sign.

  4. Audit trail

Time and IP address recorded at every step, for every signer.

  5. Sealed file

A SHA-256 fingerprint of the signed PDF shows any later change.

  6. Expiring links

Signing links stop working, so an old email can't be reused.

Built on providers with independent security audits

The services PACT runs on are audited by independent firms. These are their reports, not PACT’s own certification.

Some documents have special signing rules where you are. Ask your attorney about anything unusual. How PACT protects your data

Everyone gets the signed copy a sealed PDF and its certificate for every party, the moment the last signature lands.

  1. Signers never pay

The other side, their broker and their attorney sign free. No accounts to buy.

  2. Signed elsewhere? Bring it in

Upload a lease signed on paper or in another tool, and it joins the record like any other.

Questions

Are PACT's electronic signatures legally binding?

PACT's e-signatures are designed to meet the federal ESIGN Act and state UETA laws: each signer consents to sign electronically, and the record of every step is sealed with the signed lease. Ask your attorney about any document with special signing rules.

Do I still need DocuSign?

Not for leases you negotiate in PACT. Signing is built in, with ordered signers, initials, consent and a Certificate of Completion.

Can the receiving side sign the lease exactly as sent?

Yes. The receiving side can sign the document as it was sent to them, without reopening the negotiation.

What happens after everyone signs?

Every party gets the sealed PDF and certificate, and the lease's key dates and rent schedule appear on the deal, ready for reminders and your calendar.
